Get to know Randy DeMille

I have been a Mortgage Loan Officer with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group since 1997.  At that time, we were a newly-started small local mortgage broker, and have since grown to a lender of fifteen offices in four states.  Atlantic Bay Mortgage was recognized in Inc. 500's Fastest Growing companies in 2003.  In addition, we have been voted Best of the Beach for eleven years in a row.  I have been fortunate enough to have been one of the top ten loan officers in the company every year since 2001, earning the designation of President's Club.  I'm originally from Virginia Beach, and graduated in Business/Finance from the University of Richmond in 1993.

Atlantic Bay Mortgage is licensed in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.  A large portion of my business is government lending, which includes VA & FHA financing.  This also includes VHDA financing that allows for zero percent down!  Atlantic Bay Mortgage can offer in-house approvals for each of these programs.

One of my main points of customer service is that I attend all of my closings.  The borrowers and realtors find this very helpful in case any questions arise.  At that time, the customer also receives a copy of the appraisal and an amortization schedule.

In addition, I send out a weekly Status Report to the real estate agents involved (including the listing agent) in any transaction, so they are kept up to date with the progress of the loan.  Approximately 50% of my business is repeat or referrals from previous clients.  I also have a marketing system in process to generate new business that I share and refer back to my realtor associates.  I'm also a member of the BY REFERRAL ONLY network, and continue to learn and grow much of my business as a result of this affiliation.
