In the Spring of 2000, Randy Bolam purchased the Pillar To Post Franchise territory encompassing Niagara County and Northern Erie County in the Western New York area. The service team includes full time certified home inspectors, a nationally certified radon technician and a state licensed termite inspector ready to serve you during the real estate process. The team has inspected many homes in all kinds of neighborhoods, from older historic neighborhoods, to the new luxury homes of the growing suburbs, and everything in between. In the Summer of 2006, Randy expanded his business and purchased the neighboring franchise territory which includes all of Erie County, New York.

I understand the difference between maintenance items, normal wear and tear items, and actual defects. I always try to offer solutions to whatever problems or concerns might come up, although I do not feel compelled to find problems to justify my services. I will present you with a computerized report at the time of the inspection detailing the home's strengths, not just the concerns that may come up.
