Hi There; I have lived in the Treasure Valley for over 35 yrs and fully enjoy all Idaho has to offer. On a personal note, I own five horses; (3 saddlebreds & 2 quarter horses). I love camping and horse back riding together in daho's beautiful back county, going on day rides in the Owhyee's, Boise or Eagle foothills, playing softball (woman's or co-ed), taking in a movie, snorkeling and family reunions at Redfish Lake in Stanley Idaho.
I consider myself to be very well rounded in all aspects of the real estate industry and in life; my real estate specialties are representing, promoting and marketing buyers and sellers in; farm & ranch, vacant land, residential homes, investment properties, short sale and/or pre-foreclosure properties. Being very "dirt" oriented in this area, I am well educated on soils, wells, septic systems, irrigation & water rights, etc. I work with planning & zoning departments often to verify information or obtain permits, current tax assessments and/or levy rates and familiarize myself with every aspect of any property that I represent in a real estate transaction. I am also an experienced short sale agent, representing distressed properties through to a successful close of sale.
I always make sure my buyers are fully protected in all offers they submit and obtain the best deal for their purchase. Furthermore, I also make sure my sellers are fully protected in all offers received prior to acceptance, that their risks of accepting an offer are minimal and their profit is maximized.
