With 33 years of professional experience, Mr. Quist specializes in relocation management. In 1969, he graduated from the Minnesota School of Business. He has also attained his designation as a Senior Certified Relocation Professional. He has viewed the inner workings of several relocation management companies to include client contract review, fee schedules, incentive packages, revenue projections, funding options, risk management, supplier contracts, staffing, organizational structure, compensation and post acquisition strategies. He also participated with the development team of the nation's largest Internet real estate company in establishing strategies for the development of a national relocation and referral division. He has assisted with the strategy development for the recruitment of a national real estate broker team and is an industry speaker and author of several relocation and real estate articles.
Co-founder of the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council, Mr. Quist is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. He served on WERC's Inaugural Industry Advisory Council, the CRP Certification Committee and the Appraisal Review Committee. He has attained a Meritorious and two Distinguished Service Awards from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. In the future, he aspires to gain national recognition for his service in the real estate industry and intends to grow his current organization of real estate services in all 50 states.
