I have been involved in the real estate business in some manner since 1998 - either owning investment property or representing Sellers, Buyers and other Investors.  I am a full-time Realtor who has owned his own firm since August 2010.  My service delivery is different from the normal Brokerage house in terms of providing truly personal attention.  I'm not seeking to max out on the number of annual transactions, but rather, really get involved with each Clients' scenario to produce whatever is at stake, ie, purchase or sell a home/lot/commercial building, or comprehensively manage an investment property.

Since I am extremely "handy" with improving real estate, my Clients will often times be completely surprised to see me on a ladder cleaning out gutters and trimming branches just days before we commence a listing, for example.  Personal service is what drives me in this business, not the maximum income level.  I've always operated under the guiding principle of doing good for others provides rewards many fold.

I currently serve of the Board of Directors for the Charlottesville area Meals on Wheels and deliver to recipients each Wednesday.  I truly enjoy this community service as I am not able to assist my elderly parent who lives several hours away.  Please support your local Meals on Wheels, it's a great way to give back to your community in a non time-consuming way.
