| Ritu Desai helped us purchase our new primary residence yesterday. It took us an year and half to figure it all out. She was extremely patient, watchful for what we need, and delivered results to exceed our expectations. Property Selection: She showed us many properties to help us understand the new area, was always available in a short notice, provided enough information and never rushed us through. Purchase: Ritu negotiated constructively with the sellers over prolonged two months. Once contract was ratified, she worked in our interest to reduce expenses. One example was to propose and get owner's title insurance reissuance discount. She worked with the sellers unmotivated to obtain a copy of their insurance which saved us over $1200. After sale, Ritu continued her great support to guide us though the transition. Connections: She has good relations with reliable lenders, title companies, inspectors and other necessary parts of the bigger real estate puzzle. I compared her proposals with other recommendations I received and found her connections to be reliable and good value overall. I highly recommend Ritu to any prospective buyer or seller for her work ethics, due diligence, effectiveness and the much needed personal touch to real estate. |

| We were new to this area and were buying our first house. Ritu was exceptional in her support and patience. We bought a short-sale property and so needless to say that the transaction went on for months. Ritu was very helpful all along the way. She went out of the way and fought to take care of our rights during the process when few contentious issues came up (and believe me we had more than our fair share of such issues to tackle). |

| "Our family just moved into our dream home thanks to the work of Ritu. I have purchased two previous homes with Long and Foster and had received good service. I was drawn to Samson by the 4.5% commission, but was blown away by the service Ritu provided! The virtual tour was incredible. Her website is very robust and she staged a wonderful open house as soon as we went on the market. Ritu has an excellent feel for what we needed to do to our townhouse to get it ready to sale. She then priced our property perfectly in a field of 20 other townhouses. We had a contract in two days. She then proceeded to show us our dream home and assured me she would be able to get the price we wanted. She did and then she followed up and made sure the rest of the transaction went smoothly.
