The 110% Approach is my ONLY Approach to coaching my agents.
I am defined by my passionate approach to life. And it's this passion that I provide to the real estate agents I coach. My mission is to empower my agents to build successful businesses through support and to hold them accountable to their goals. I not only want my agents to be successful real estate agents, I want them to be successful business owners.
I want to take my agents from Zero to "Cap" in their first year of business. In other words, I want them to reach the goal of receiving 100% of their commission each and every year. Which, as I put it, "is the best way to get paid as a real estate agent."!
I came to Round Rock from Lubbock, TX where I had my own team, The Townsley Group. My attention to detail and loyalty to my clients interests was always at 110%, because I understood that buying or selling a home is one of life's most important investments.
A Whirlwind of Achievement - From graduating as my high school's valedictorian to finishing a four-year degree in just over two years at Texas Tech in Lubbock, TX to owning a professional organizing business at the age of 20 and a home-staging business six years later, I am driven by achievement. Even today, my priority is helping people achieve their business goals, undaunted by any obstacles and always focused on achieving their goals.
Horses have always been a big part of my life. As a young girl they helped me cultivate a sense of responsibility from the care required by these elegant creatures. The time spent with my horses also imbued me with a powerful sense of loyalty and cooperation that I carry with me to this day. Through Dressage competitions I honed my competitive spirit and from every interaction with these majestic animals I learned valuable life lessons. I have taken my experiences in the arena and applied them to every aspect of my life--throwing myself into everything with passion.
Best Face Forward - When it comes to my career as a Coach and Realtor®, my passionate approach to life truly kicks in--much to the appreciation of the agents I coache and the Buyers and Sellers I helped to buy and sell homes in Lubbock. I approach each business day headlong, at full gallop, ready to give every challenge and opportunity 110%.
I truely believe that the more I learn the better I will become, as a coach, a business person and in my personal life. Due to this belief I have taken many courses to further my education which in turn benefits the agents I coach, those that I am in business with and to improve my relationships with everyone in my life.
For those familiar with the Keller Williams educational courses, I have taken the following courses, many of them multiple times: RSTLM, ESO, BOLD, FSO, Quantum Leap, Train the Trainer, Train the Trainier Advanced, Fierce Converstions, Coaches Skills Camp and I have been in a Mastery Coaching Client since 2013.
I believe in attending national and regional conventions to meet new people and to learn how I can be a better trainer and coach.
I realize that you may not know what all the above courses are about. However, that would be a good reason to contact me and ask about them. Many of these classes may benefit you and you DON'T always have to be a Keller Williams associate to take them. The more we eductate ourselves the better we will become at what we do and the closer we will get to reaching our goals, in business and in our personal lives.
