His Coast Guard designations include "specialist" in weather, advanced navigation, seamanship, Aide to the Commodore and past Commander of a Flotilla.

"It's the perfect place for me to enjoy the ocean and sample some of the cultural events and fine dining along the "Treasure Coast". After vacationing here he decided a career change was in order and the rest is history.

Dear Bob, I am writing this letter to express my deepest gratitude for the professionalism, attention and courtesy shown to me during the marketing and subsequent sale of my home. As you know, I am not the type of person to give praise or kudos frequently or unnecessarily. When I first decided to sell my home, I attempted to sell it through the "Buy Owner" corporation. It seemed easy enough. All I had to do was show my home and they would do the rest. Even though the current real estate market is in a media driven turmoil, your strategy paid off, my home sold in 4 months and this allowed me to move on with the next phase of my life. Hi Bob, It was good to hear from you - we have be wondering how things were going in Springtree. Sorry to hear that the housing market has slowed down so much. Guess we did make the right timing decision, but more important, picked the right realtor. We appreciate all the work you did in selling the house. We received word yesterday that our new home will be ready to close on November 3. We went to Leesburg 2 weeks ago, and the house looked good - we are very happy with the construction.
