Get to Know Michael Durnell
I am a former Marine and have been active in the home inspection industry since early 2005. After attending AHIT(American Home Inspectors Training Institute) and passing the National Home Inspectors exam, I joined CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association) to continue my education. While performing inspections, I volunteered my time with Habitat for Humanity and a roofing company in Anaheim for some extra hands-on training.
My goal is to provide thorough and accurate inspection reports to prospective home owners, enabling them to make informed decisions in the home buying process.
I extend my services far beyond just the inspection. Clients are always available to call me with any questions they may have, before or anytime after the home inspection.

Certifications
Two great characteristics that I was gifted with are: I am very personable and have an intuitive attention to detail. Both enable me to be a great home inspector. I enjoy the profession and love to educate people about their home and the systems within. Pictures are taken of every discrepancy found in the home or property and then shown and explained to the client(s) at the end of the inspection. My reports are very informative and include these pictures to pin point the very issue or concern directly to the client or agent reading the report.
