I was a Field Service Mechanic representing one of the major material handling companies in the world. The most important thing to me during that time was earning and holding the respect and trust of my clients through hard work and honest actions. I had received professional training educated by masters of the trade and I wished to pass that along to those that required our services.
I was humbled as an Appraiser Trainee. I quickly gained the number one trainee position by providing my three basic rules I live by, Loyalty, Honor and Trust; it took no time for my mentor to recognize my value.
I am a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and proud of it.
My area of expertise is simply providing an educated opinion of value for Residential Real Estate. It is easy to understand. I do not push values up or down for any reason. You may not compromise my interests in any way, shape or form. I enter every Appraisal Order with the utmost respect towards those that require my services and expect the same in return.
