Preview Inspections is Washington's Finest Home Inspection Service.  I have years of experience in construction and I've exceeded all the state and national requirements of the inspection industry.  I am very service oriented and I care about my customers.  

When a buyer hires me to do an inspection I'm not afraid to address their health concerns like toxic mold, asbestos, or lead based paint.If a seller hires me, I provide a complimentary walk-thru for the buyer and their agent once a contract is written. I have a team of highly qualified local subcontractors to assist me with commercial inspections.

I'm licensed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture, certified by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, member of  the Better Business Bureau, and I donate 3% of my income to Habitat for Humanity.

First, we provide residential inspections for buyers and sellers.

As you know, buyers gain confidence in their buying decision and avoid many surprises by having an inspection done.  In addition, I include a "FREE" Limited Warranty with every home inspections. Second, I have assembled a team of highly qualified local subcontractors to assist me, when needed, in performing commercial inspections. 

We help investors meet due diligence requirement. Provide pre-lease inspections for those going into a triple-net leases. And we investigate and problem solve for building owners.

Third, I'm certified by a national testing lab to perform air quality tests. 

I can test for lead based paints, toxic mold, asbestos, and more.   When your clients believe that you care about them and their family's health and not just the sale, you will get more referrals.  Am I wrong?
