We’re working on a realtor-friendly real estate website. In order to build something that’s realtor-friendly, we need feedback from realtors. Your feedback will help us build a site that saves you a lot of time, money, and stress.

YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO SPEND A PENNY TO USE OUR SITE.

Many of you are paying money to national realtor organizations, brokerages, and/or MLSs. We can't provide you with all of the services that they provide you with, but we're going to provide you with as many of those services as we can, we're going to do it better than them, and we're going to do it for free.

IT WILL BE LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN WEBSITE (WITHOUT THE COST OF DEVELOPMENT, HOSTING, OR MAINTENANCE).

We're not going to try to make money by pitting realtors against each other (selling zip codes or space on another realtor's listing). We're going to generate revenues via Google ads (restaurants, cars, clothes, etc.). You will be in total control of all the listings that you upload. No other real estate agents will appear on your landing page or listings (we'll never allow real estate related ads on your landing page or listings). You can list all of your properties, add your contact information, links to your websites, etc.

If it's realtor-friendly, we're going to do it. If it's not realtor-friendly, we're not going to do it. There won't be a bait and switch. We're not going to change our policies as we grow.

In order to become the largest real estate website, we need content (listings). You have listings. In exchange for those listings, we’re going to provide you with all of the aforementioned services for free.

We're going to have several surveys in the coming months. Your feedback will determine exactly how our site looks and functions. If you can envision it, we’ll build it.
