Have been performing home inspections for three years, fully licensed, bonded and insured. WSDA licensed pest inspector. Beyond having the lowest fee in the area we also provide prompt professional service. We are careful to state the facts, but do not blow things out of proportion. This allows the client all the information they need to move forward.  

We encourage the clients to work with us as much as they are comfortable with (except on the roof for liability) and ask as many questions as they like.
