I specialize in customer service. I listen carefully to the needs of my customer and strive to communicate as effectively as possible to suit those needs. It doesn't matter to me what price range a buyer or seller is working with I provide the same degree of service regardless.  I've worked with buyers on properties ranging from $100k to over 2 million, from new construction condos to historic estates.  With sellers I've listed and successfully sold properties in all price ranges from under 300k to well into the millions.  I do have a soft spot for older, historic homes and have a strong appreciation for architecture both classic and modern. I carefully monitor and follow real estate market trends so that I can provide my customers with as much information as possible.
