Pete was born in Sanford and Graduated from Lee Senior High School in 1978. After High School he attended East Carolina University where he graduated in 1982. After graduation he moved to Seven Lakes and has been a Moore County Resident since 1982. Pete’s father was one of forty men who developed Seven lakes in the early 70’s.

Pete’s Real Estate Career began in 1994 when he became a licensed Real Estate Broker. During the past 15 years of his Real Estate Career, Pete has developed several SUCCESSFUL Residential Communities.

Away from Real Estate activities, Pete enjoys spending time with his wife Joanne, and two children, Justin a fifteen year old student at Pinecrest High School, and Sterling, a seven year old, currently attending Sandhills Farm Life. Pete and Joanne are also actively involved in Justin and Sterling’s athletic activities that include baseball, soccer, and football. Pete is also an active member of the NC Racquetball Association and enjoys his daily matches at the First Health Fitness Center in Pinehurst. Joanne, Justin & Sterling are actively involved in Scouting and the family is standing members at Brownson Memorial in Southern Pines.
