Your goal is to sell in the least amount of time for the most amount of money and our staging process will help. We look at your home through the fresh eyes of a buyer and help you create ways to maximize the positives, minimize the negatives and make the buyer feel emotionally connected to your home. Studies show that professionally staged homes with great online photos will sell up to 50% faster and for up to 10% more than the competition.  We all know the power of the internet for researching our future purchases and the real estate market is no exception. In fact, 90% of buyers start their home search online and decide which homes they want to tour by evaluating the online photos. In our current real estate market there are a lot of homes competing for one buyer and the price of home staging is much less than your first ice reduction.

Our home redesign services will help you create a warm, inviting environment you can't wait to come home to. We begin with the furnishings you already have and reposition, relocate and re-purpose them to create focal points and spaces that work with your lifestyle. We will offer suggestions (or do the shopping for you) for any additional accessories you might need to complete your redesign. We will also recommend quick fixes such as new light fixtures, a nice area rug or maybe a new paint color.
