His family moved to Pinehurst in 1979 and has owned commercial properties in Aberdeen, homes and lots in Pinehurst and development property in Foxfire Village. Bob has also been involved in real estate investments from golf front property in Naples, Florida to downtown lofts in Atlanta, Georgia to fly-fishing property in Australia.

Brandee: As a native North Carolinian, Brandee enjoys sharing all the wonders that the Sandhills area has to offer to newcomers from around the world. She is a consummate sales and marketing professional, with experience as an executive director for the largest evening festival in the southeast and as sales and marketing manager for Disney on Ice and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus.
She has had real estate investment success with properties ranging from live/work lofts in Atlanta to an estate property in Naples, Florida.
