| We’ve had 4 realtors over the past 8 years and Shawn Pillion blew them all out of the water. We sent an initial email out to many realtors when we were thinking of the move from the northeast down to SC. | It is with gratitude that I write these comments about our experience working with Shawn Pillion. From the moment that Shawn made first contact with me, I knew that he was going to make things happen and happen fast.. He IS on of those people. Mark and I sought Shawn's help as we were at a crossroad where we were going to make a final decision on a real estate property and I thought we needed more consultation and guidance on the transaction from a real estate agent. I was advised by the seller's agent not to seek the advise of a buyer's agent. Well, using my better judgment I reached out for help and luckily Shawn was available through Dave Ramsey's endorsed local provider's channel. Shawn did not hesitate in researching and turning over every rock to uncover the background on the current real estate property. We were fortunate to back out of the real estate transaction prior to signing a contract. Within a few days we located the perfect property for Mark and I. It was a blessing. Partnering with Shawn, we were able to negotiate the cost of the house with the builder in a few hours, finalize the contract in a few days, and close on the house in less than 30 days. Thanks Shawn! We could not have done this without you. Your process is fine tuned, we thoroughly enjoyed working with you, and are impressed that everything worked out so smoothly. Stop by the next time you are in the Mount Pleasant area. BTW we LOVE this house! |
