The MarianRutt.com Team has worked on NE Lancaster County for more than 21 years.  My area of expertise on the team is my technical knowledge of how buildings (houses and other structures) are constructed, appropriate financing for various types of Buyers and working with Sellers on developing strategies to sell properties quickly with the highest investment return.

I am a licensed Associate Broker in Pennsylvania.  My real estate designations and certifications include ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative, CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert and I will soon be a certified e-Pro and am completing the CRS designation.  The most beneficial designation/degree that I am privileged to put behind my name is an MBA - Masters of Business Administration degree from William and Mary.  The MBA degree has taught we how to work for my clients in a business like informed way providing the highest level of service to meet their individual needs.

Marian Rutt is the other half of the team.  She provides a deep knowledge of the practice of real estate.  She is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and has her ABR, CRS, ASP and CSP designations.  Her work work with Sellers in staging properties for sale consistently puts the team's listings as the best of the price category.
