I have conducted many seminars in the investment category and am an advocate of purchasing real estate through a qualified self-directed IRA/401K as an investment. I have experience in 1031 Exchanges. I have experience in helping clients purchase and sell multi family properties,  apartment buildings, student housing, storage units, strip centers, industrial warehouse space and commercial properties of all kinds. The past 3 years I have been very involved in helping foreign investors in the purchase of Real Estate opportunities in the Pennsylvania area.
