Get to Know Philip Watkins
HI, My name is Philip Watkins and I have been living out here in the Dallas area almost my entire life! I love everything that the DFW area has to offer, whether it be the restaurants, clubs, dance halls, bars, sports teams, etc it serves as a great outlet to any one person. I firmly believe that North Texas is one of the best area's to raise a family. Why you might ask, because not only is North Texas exploding at a rate of 3,725 new Texans a month. We also have a booming economy and incredible career opportunites! The Real Estate Market is absouletly astounding as well and getting better every day. A little info about me, I graduated from Marcus High School (Flower Mound, TX) back in 2002. I immediately joined the U.S Navy and served my country until 2010. I than came back to Texas, attended SMU until I obtained my Real Estate License. I felt like Real Estate was my calling in life, and I am thrilled to do what I do. Not everyone can say they love their job, and I am glad to say I LOVE MINE!
