Hasn't everyone heard a horror story about a real estate transaction gone bad? Maybe that's why the term "Real Estate Agent" invokes a physical response similar to a bad case of the flu in some people. We lie, cheat, pester people all the time, don't know what we're doing, and are only in it for the money.

I can tell that many of my first-time customers have come to me with that emotional baggage firmly fixed in their minds. They have tentatively shaken my hand at the first meeting like scared mice waiting for the mousetrap to strike. However, after they've completed their transaction with me they don't feel that way anymore. And why is that? Because it makes a big difference which Realtor you choose.  The number one piece of advise I can offer anyone regarding Real Estate is this:  Find a good agent.  Emphasis on the word "good".  Double emphasis on the word "good".  You get my point.
