I have 22 years as a Realtor and a total of 36 years of experience in the real estate industry. My past experience includes, Loan Processor for a Savings and Loan, Paralegal for a Law Firm doing title searches, preparation of HUD Sheets and Closings. Initially licensed in Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Agent and then licensed in North Carolina as a Broker. I have earned the following Designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I am presently working on Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification. I firmly believe in continuing education so I can provide my clients with valuable current information.

My market includes the eastern section of Guilford County to include: Gibsonville, McLeansville, Whitsett, Stoney Creek, and Lake MacIntosh area. I also cover Alamance County to include: Burlington, Elon, Graham, and Mebane. As for Orange County I cover the Hillsborough area. I am a member of all three Multiple Listing Services - Triad, Burlington-Alamance, and Triangle.

I will provide you with the necessary information for you to make a decision that you are comfortable making. I am a no pressure agent! I firmly believe that "homes sells themselves". You will get the warm and fuzzy feeling when you walk into the "right" home. It's my job to listen to your wants and needs, and schedule appointments for homes that match these wants and needs! I prepare the necessary paperwork and negotiate the sale. As your agent, I will be with you from start to finish!
As for Sellers. I firmly believe in doing my homework! I provide a detailed Comparative Market Analysis. This is based on past sales in your neighborhood. I will analyze the market for what has sold and what is our current competition. Together we will set a listing price for your home. Your Home will be entered into all three Multiple Listing Services - Triad, Burlington-Alamance and Triangle, and Realtor.com and Remax.com. Not to mention the local newspaper website, RealEstateBook.com website. Keep in mind, Remax.com is second only to Realtor.com in the number of hits on the internet.
