As a licensed broker with 20+ years of experience, I have seen all sorts of markets and helped buyers and sellers through it all. For the last 15 years, my practice has been with REO and, more recently, short sales. It is a standard that I will not do both sides of a transaction as this, to me, is inherently a conflict of interest situation.
