Meet Pete Whelpton

When you have traveled the World and sailed the Seven Seas as much as I have, you know how to understand buyers and sellers needs and wants.

I spent an Executive Career in the Cruise Industry and won every major award for service excellence. I have been heavily involved in the building of a major cruise line from infancy to prominence. I am well versed in the business aspects of real estate, having developed and negotiated long term leases for two private islands and developing them into world class destinations. During my tenure at Royal Caribbean International I have leased warehouses, constructed office space, leased buildings, and purchased and constructed two private clubs for Royal Caribbean International's guests.

I have been a resident of South Florida since 1956 and studied Business Administration at the University Of Miami. My memberships honors and interests are very diverse and extremely interesting. Having spent so much time in South Florida, I have been heavily involved in my community in the following areas:
