Grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, graduated from Iowa State in Business with a minor in Architecture, then worked in Department Store retailing as Buyer, Store Manager, Merchandise Manager & Executive Vice President for Marketing & Merchandising.
These positions afforded me the opportunity to develop excellent customer service and analytic skills so important in the real estate business.
Have lived in Ohio, Minnesota, Virginia, New York City, & Mexico City, & traveled extensively to all U.S. states (except Alaska that's next), & to Europe, Asia & Australia.
Since 1990, Knoxville is home, & I greatly admire the culture, beauty, low cost of living, & great Volunteer Spirit of the area.
Professional, knowledgeable, analytic, thorough, & experienced are all terms used to define my skills and approach to assisting clients in their real estate transactions.
I work with sellers of all types of homes from executive and lakefront estates to moderate condominiums and undeveloped properties.
I work with buyers also of all types of homes & condominiums, and especially with those coming from out of state.
I'm based in west Knoxville, & work in Knox, Blount, Loudon, Anderson & surrounding counties. I've lived on Fort Loudon Lake, & especially enjoy working with clients buying and or selling lake properties.
