Victor grew up in Los Banos on the Westside of the San Joaquin Valley.  He and his wife, Eva, his 3 children, moved to Turlock in 1981 after graduation from California State University, Fresno, and have called Turlock home ever since. Over the years, Victor has enjoyed taking part in many local community events. He coached Turlock Little League as well as Turlock Youth Soccer.  Victor has had a wide range of experiences from Heavy Farm Equipment Rentals, Representative in the Almond Processing Business, as well as Graduating from The California Agricultural Leadership Program. Victor also served 12 years on the Turlock Board of Education as a Trustee. Because of his background, Victor has always maintained a "Customer Service" ideology.  Turlock and the Central Valley have seen many changes since his childhood and Victor looking forward to working with you as the Valley continues to change in years to come.
