Tamra Lee Ulmer is the Broker/Owner of Arizona Resource Realty and a highly experienced Arizona real estate broker with over 27 years in the industry and more than 2,000 closed transactions. She is widely recognized for her expertise in traditional sales, REO and foreclosure properties, real estate auctions, and flat-fee MLS services.
Over the course of her career, Tamra has worked extensively with banks, asset managers, and institutional clients, successfully managing and selling thousands of distressed and REO properties. She has also completed thousands of BPOs, providing accurate property valuations across multiple Arizona markets.
Tamra is the founder of Arizona Property Auctions, a platform designed to help sellers create competitive bidding environments and maximize market exposure. She also operates ML$500, a flat-fee MLS service that allows sellers to access the MLS while maintaining control over their sale.
