Paul was born at West Point, New York and grew up an Army brat. He graduated from Virginia Tech with an accounting degree. For 25 years, Paul worked in the corporate world doing accounting, consulting, systems and finance. 11 years ago Paul earned his Florida Realtor license and went into real estate consulting. He has remodeled several homes and understands home construction. He is a multi-million dollar producer.

In 2010 the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) awarded the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award to The Moves Brothers. This pink pair grew out of years of volunteer performances for local fundraisers. After performing the Blues Brothers at the 2009 WCR Fashion Show, Andrew Bell and Paul Gruenther decided to GO PINK, fight women's cancer and support In the Pink and Bands Against Breast Cancer. 

Promoting the slogan “Dedicated to Community”, this dapper duo delivers a message to men that its ok to be interested in solving women’s cancer issues. They ignite fund-raising events by inviting thousands of friends and then make sure its incredible fun. Last year they appeared at Boobasapooza, entered an In the Pink float in the Beaches Parade and attended countless parties for women’s cancer.

These brothers-of-another-mother each started in the real estate industry 9 years ago. In 2010 they teamed up as Realtors in Jax Beach. Both boys have distingushed leadership careers in state and local Realtor associations. Their accolades include “Outstanding Newcomer”, “Strategic Partner”, “Rising Star” and “Humanitarian”. They’ve volunteered to paint low income homes, build wheelchair ramps, “ring the bell” for the Salavation Army and run charitable golf tournaments.
