Paul D. Diaz, EA, MBA, is an IRS Enrolled Agent who provides sophisticated and strategic tax accounting, tax planning, tax preparation, and reasonable compensation analysis to small and mid-sized organizations and their owners nationwide.

He proudly attended the University of Miami, the University of Florida, the Keller Graduate School of Business, Florida Atlantic University, and the University of North Alabama. Paul obtained three Harvard Business (HBSP) certificates through The Walt Disney Company and graduated from Leadership Orange in Orange County, Florida.

While in college, Paul obtained admission into the prestigious Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. Later, during post-graduate studies, Paul was inducted into the prestigious Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Delta Mu Delta, and Golden Key Honor Society.

 
Paul sits on several boards and committees, is a Florida DBPR/FREC Licensed Instructor, Adjunct Professor at Everglades University, the author of THE EA ADVANTAGE: How Enrolled Agents Can Help You Conquer Your IRS Tax Controversy, and is Admitted to Practice Before the Internal Revenue Service.
