Paula led one of the top real estate teams in Montgomery County, serving as the Executive Director. Paula maintained the position as a Top Producer throughout her tenure with the firm while leading the team in business development, marketing, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
Paula began her real estate career in residential sales with an emphasis on new construction and farm and ranch sales. Over the years, Paula's vast personal sphere of clientele has continued to bring her many real estate opportunities. Paula's interpersonal skills give her clients the expertise needed to successfully assist in the listing and purchasing of real estate.

Paula serves as a Texas REALTORS® Regional Vice President and serves on the state Executive Board. She has served at the local level as a past President. She was awarded as the Citizen of the Year and a past Business Woman of the Year.
Paula and her husband have renovated, bought, & sold historic commercial properties. Having personal experience allows her to help clients navigate difficult, historic purchases and the resale of these properties.
EDUCATION
A two-time All-American Collegiate Cheerleader for the University of North Texas, Paula spent four very rewarding years in college. Receiving a B.S. degree from North Texas put Paula on the path to being a business owner and now a successful real estate broker. Paula is a published author of Beloved Not Broken and her second book, THEOSYNTHESIS®. Paula has successfully completed a Master's and a Doctorate in Biblical Theology.
PERSONAL
A proud grandmother of seven precious grandchildren. Paula lived in the north Houston area for 35 years, has lived in historic Granbury, Texas, and is now a proud homeowner in Galveston, TX. Paula is an award-winning author and produces two Podcasts: LIV2DAY with Dr. Paula McDonald and EXHALE Bible Discovery. Both Podcasts can be found on Apple, Spotify, or any other podcast site.
