  As a lifelong resident of Nags Head, I'm informed as to what the trends have been in business, erosion tendencies, town policies, the histories of parcels, and pretty much the activities of the past 50 years. There have been times while showing properties along the Outer banks that the client would state that they had vacationed the area as a child and could remember the place they stayed, but couldn't find it now. It makes them happy that I can point out where they stayed, even though there's a new building in place. Another way I can help is my surf fishing knowledge. While not real estate related, it is an important way of life here, and fishermen are a large portion of our home sales. I love to watch anglers landing fish, as well as catching them myself, and I really like helping others rig up properly. Ther are many,many tips for good fishing, but one that's foremost is, when not enticing with a lure, is to use fresh bait. Use frozen bait only at the last resort. Think about it, what knows fresh bait better than a fish. Feel free to ask for info.
