I have a long background in real esate starting as a home builder in the 70's in Dallas, Texas. I moved to Florida 21 years ago and have lived on or near the Gulf Beaches in Pinellas county that entire time. I work with both sellers and buyers predominantly in the Seminole, Largo and Gulf Beaches. I have earned a Short Sales and Forecloser Resource (SFR) certification from the National Association of Realtors as these types of transactions have become such a large part of our business. I work full time + for my customers to get the best price for buyers and sellers. Although the real estate market has been affected by economic conditions people are still buying and selling homes and I make every effort to find qualified customers to make sure each transaction is brought to a successful conclusion.
