Having lived in Middle Tennessee for over 25 years can definitely be an asset to a homebuyer who doesn't know the area. I help home buyers and sellers throughout middle Tennessee but primarily in Williamson County. The major Williamson County communities are: Cool Springs, Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, College Grove, and Arrington. Areas of Nashville in Davidson County where I have sold homes are Green Hills, Forest Hills, Sylvan Park, West End and 12 South near Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. 

Successfully working as a full time real estate agent since 2007, I continue to enjoy helping buyers and sellers exceed their real estate goals. I have received awards in 2009 and 2010 for annual sales from $1 million  to $3 million and in 2009, received the Horizon Award for professionalism and integrity. Professional memberships include National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, Williamson County Association of Realtors. Also, I am an ABR and am working on my GRI certification.
