Get to Know Michael Pajak
Hello, my name is Michael Pajak. I am currently a loan officer working for a company named A+ Mortgage. Ive been doing this for a year and a half now. I realise this is not a long time compared to most of the other people in this business, but i have a strong grasp on what I'm doing. I've learned to process my own loans if needed. I'm a strait foward kind of person. I pretty much call things how i see them. Either i can save you money or i cant. I'm out here trying to earn a fair living, while at the same time, finding my clients the best possible rate i can. I realise that each individual has different circumstances and try to find the proper loan to fill they're requirements. I am also currently obtaining my Realistate License.
Certifications
I must say that I've been doing mostly refi's and FHA/CHFA loans, but am capable of getting any loan done, should the potential client meet the criterta. I also do credit counciling and have the benafit of having a Realty company named, Premier Properties International in house.
