Worked as sales and marketing executive in the telecommunications industry for international firms including NEC and Sprint. At one time, managed as many as 100 sales managers, account executives, product managers and service representatives. Constant corporate reshuffling, mergers and acquisitions freed me to pursue my first love: real estate.

That's why I made sure I am prepared to help, by becoming a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), skilled in helping people navigate their way through the maze of a growing number of under water properties.
e-PRO. Love working with first time buyers. I feel honored to be part this period of their lives when they are making the biggest and possibly most important investment of their lives. It makes me feel good to contribute and provide resources to aid their education in real estate. Since many of my clients are young and technologically-inclined, I have to be just as attuned to high-tech advances in my profession.

Several of my clients are also investors in residential income properties ranging from duplexes to apartment complexes. Some of them have to institute a 1031 Exchange, and among those who are uncertain of how this is done, I provide as much information as they need, and in many cases, resources they can use during the exchange.
SRES. In my city, there is a growing number of seniors. Their needs vary from downsizing, establishing a trust, etc. I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) who can assist them in these matters.
