To serve our buying agents, our closing ratio is over 97%, the FHA "Neighborhood Watch" ratio is 100% and we offer loans to every buyer from first timers to foreign nationals.  For borrowers with lower credit scores we also offer credit repair, which has been known to bring up credit scores over 70 pts in a week.
