I was born and raised in Southern California. Spent my time in the Inland Empire and a lot of time at the beach. From 2004 until 2009 I was a Transaction Coordinator for a top Listing Broker in Victorville, Ca. I was an unlicensed assistant. This is where my real estate training started. California has a disclosure form for every situation you can think of and I learned about all of them. I believe my transition to real estate agent was much easier because I already understood the admin part of the job.
I moved to Arizona in December of 2009. I worked as an unlicensed assistant for a team in Peoria for a short time. I went back to the corporate world by taking a position with UHaul Corporate but decided after 6 months that the corporate world wasn't for me. I decided I wanted to get back into the real estate industry so in May of 2011-I obtained my Arizona Real Estate License. I haven't looked back. I love what I do. I wish I would have taken this step much sooner.
