FLAGLER BEACH:

In 1989 I moved from New Jersey to Flagler Beach and right from the beginning I fell in love with this friendly, little town on the Ocean. Flagler Beach is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the un-crowded beach. Unlike many other beaches parking is still free along the Coastline.

For you “fish” lovers, there are plenty of places to fish.  Many people enjoy fishing off the Flagler Beach Pier. Some prefer to try their luck right off the beach.  Then there is the beautiful Intracoastal!

There are bicycle paths along the famous A1A highway where one can ride, walk or roller blade all while taking in the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean.  In the center of Flagler Beach there are plenty of restaurants, cute little stores, a post office, library and lets not forget the famous Farmer’s Market every Friday morning.  All in all, if you’ve never been to Flagler Beach you should come and see this pristine town located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach.

BUNNELL

Since our family loves animals we decided to leave Flagler Beach and move to the country town of Bunnell.  Bunnell  is located only about  20 minutes from Flagler Beach.

I love driving through the country to our home West of Bunnell in Flagler County,   We are surrounded by pastures, cattle and my favorite animal; horses. It’s very relaxing and peaceful just soaking up the serene nature. Bunnell still has nature’s own secluded areas.  There are parks to enjoy, a beautiful lake for fishing or boating and if you like the beach you’re only about 25 minutes away. Bunnell is equally convenient to Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. Living in the country has so many pros. You can still sit by your own campfire at night, park your RV or boat in your yard, and best of all, have horses in this friendly, country atmosphere.   PALM COAST I’ve seen Palm Coast growing from a small town with only one traffic light and only a few stores, to becoming a City and one of the fastest growing Cities in Florida. Palm Coast conveniently located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach and only a little over an hour away from all the Theme parks in Orlando.  Palm Coast is well known of its beautiful Golf Courses and the choice of different neighborhoods for everybody. There are plenty of options for people with boats, Palm Coast has Intracoastal living at its best, a special neighborhood for the sailors among us, for smaller boats there are lots of properties on saltwater canals.If you are a golfer, come and see the attractive homes or home sites on the Golf course or stay within walking distance from one.   Visit our website for school information or request a new comers package and we will send you all the information in the mail.
