Olga Mayayeva was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Graduated in June 2007, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in International Marketing and minoring in Psychology at Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business in New York. During that same year she obtained her Real Estate license and started her Real Estate career at Exit Kingdom Realty, which has been ranked one of the most successful offices in Forest Hills, Queens.

| We retained Olga to represent us as a buyer's broker to help us purchase a property that we had selected. She did an AMAZING job for us, in fact without her I don't think we would have been able to purchase our home. Basically, the seller was about to sign a contract with another buyer when Olga called them. She was able to convince them to review our offer by pointing out our strengths as buyers, and as a result the sellers decided to accept our offer even though it was for LESS than the other offer. I am still not really sure how she did it. Olga is very responsive, and we could always count on her to explain every situation that came up as we went through the home buying process. Since she was recommended by our mortgage broker, they were able to work closely together so everyone was always on the same page. Olga was also able to recommend several other quality professional services that she works closely with that were needed to complete the transaction (home inspection, attorney, etc). This is actually a very big plus if you don't know much about the process as it can be hard to find services that can be trusted, so it's very nice to be able to rely on a recommendation. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a buy a home, and I would definitely go through her again in future real estate transactions. |

| Olga was recommend it to us by our friends who just sold their house in Forest Hills and purchased coop apartments in the same area. We had a very similar scenario and were very excited to hire Olga Mayayeva to downsize from the house to coop as well. We didn’t even know at the beginning the difference between listing agent and selling agent and thought that all agents are representing the sellers in the sale. We were very surprised when Olga educated us about it and had no doubt that she is the right Realtor to go with even that other realtors who we interviewed asked for less compensation, but we were not sold on their skills and professionalism. There are so many obstacles, which might occur in the sale, and we were very glad to have Olga and her team behind our back to solve them. Olga knocked on our door one Sunday morning and we were surprised and happy to see her. I think she was even more surprised when we let them in the house! Her "get up and go" and "can-do" attitude really impressed us. She didn't try and downgrade the value of the house in order to make a quick sale like the other brokers from other companies did. From day one, we felt like she was working for us. We felt she valued the home correctly. Olga never pressured us to lower the price. Olga is extremely trustworthy.
