The Jardine AmeriSpec Office is a locally owned and operated home inspection company right here i the St. Louis Area. We pride ourselves on our detailed inspections and reports that include over 400 items in the home. We use photos where we can to make it easier for all concerned to see the issues we find. We know that all issues can be fixed and try to convey to our clients how those repairs can be done by qualified professionals.
The inspectors in the firm are all ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) certified and licensed for termite inspections from the State of Missouri. All of the inspectors have been inspecting home for over ten years with backgrounds in construction, termite and pest control and customer service.
Matthew is the owners and operator of the business with Hank Jardine helping out with his inspection expertise.
Matthew and his wife Tina have been living in the St. Louis area for over six years. Matthew has been a certified ASHI Inspector now for several years and has been a licensed termite inspector for over ten years. Matthew and Tina are active in their car club of Scions. They enjoy their fiends and family as often as they can find the time. Matthew has a great background in the termite business's and is an expert in the field. He is qualified to provide wood infestation reports for FHA/Va clients.
Hank and his bride of 36 years live in the St. Charles area and have been enjoying the area for more than 12 years. Hank is an ASHI Certified Inspectors and past Secretary to the local chapter. Hanks background also came out of the termite business with some construction work as well. Hank and his bride enjoy travelling both in the US and abroad. Their favorite place to visit outside the US is Rome.
