|After sharing a difference in opinion over the listing price of my home with another realtor, I decided to list it with Mark Arlow’s team. Almost immediately, Mark and I were on the same page… I wanted to accomplish what he wanted to deliver. Mark was willing to work with me on the price of our home… he took into account my opinion and we both agreed that if it didn’t produce results, we would try another route. Our compromise produced quick results. Within a month our house was sold, an overall excellent experience.|
|I was referred to Mark by a family friend who recently sold their home with him and his company, Universal Properties Savannah. I interviewed one other realtor before deciding to list it with Mark. Mark and his team all provided amazing service with listing and selling my mother’s home and were quick to market my property. I was again amazed by how quickly it sold, especially given our current economy. I had three offers within a ten day period and I closed sixteen days after having it listed! |When my mother decided to sell her home so that she could move to an assisted living community, my husband and I helped by interviewing different agents. We wanted to work with someone that would understand the urgency of the situation. My mother had occupied her home since it was first built, over fifty years ago, and it was a very sensitive situation which Mark took into consideration. When we realized that Mark was on the same page, we met and discussed how we would list our home. I immediately liked the fact that we were not tethered to a contract, that we had the option to terminate our contract if we were not satisfied with the service provided. We did not terminate our contract, as we were extremely satisfied with the services Mark provided! While I was expecting the process to take between six months to a year, I was amazed to see it sell within eight weeks. I couldn’t have asked for better marketing. |My experience working with Mark Arlow’s team was so fantastic that I’ve already referred many friends and coworkers! I stumbled upon Mark when a friend heard Glen Beck’s advertisement for Mark’s Guaranteed Sold Program. The ad says, “If Mark doesn’t live up to everything that he says he’s going to do, he lets you out of the contract free & clear… if he can’t sell your home for a price and deadline that you agree to, Mark is just going to pull out his checkbook and buy your home”. Mark didn’t have to buy our home because it sold six weeks after we first sat down with him! After listing our current home with Mark, we set out with Mark’s Lead Buyer Agent Veronica to find a new one. She and I both had our lists of homes to see; my future home was on both of our lists. We were able to close on our new home within a six week time period as well. Everyone on his team was great and very helpful! There isn’t anything they could have done better… 6 weeks to sell our old home and purchase a new one was amazing!|
