I am a licenced real estate broker with a mortgage background and 7 years in the industry. I've earned the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation which is held by less than 4% of all California REALTORS and consists of specific, intensive educational training over the course of 12 months (I completed it in 5 months). I am incredible at what I do & I provide superior service marked by both real estate and mortgage expertise. In a changing market climate, having a REALTOR who is "in the know" about master selling/marketing strategies for sellers and who for buyers is able to advise about the best home for your dollar (including how to find financing that suits your individual needs) is imperative! Navy Veteran (Navy Acheivement Medal) Prior career in nursing for 10 years BA in psychology with a psychophysiology/premed emphasis (Magna cum laude) My father was a pro football player & is in the Guiness World Book of Records for longest pass completion My mother was Miss Placentia (Orange County, CA) I am the oldest of three daughters I live in an amazing community in Oceanside I absolutely love what I do & enjoy every minute of my life. I've always felt thay way, but my postive outlook on the world was only reinforced after becoming ill with Graves Disease in 2001. I'm fine now but boy was it a bumpy road to recovery! I have faced a lot of adversity in my life yet I continue to find strength in knowing that I will not allow the difficult times to taint my drive, ambitions or zeal for life! Because failure is simply not an option for me, I am the type of person & REALTOR you want on your side!

| Ginger was a delightful person to work with. She was always on top of showings with the follow through so many agents lack, the ability to contact the owner with feedback! Even the closing process was made easy with Ginger's help. We had a difficult selling agent, but she continued to push him until matters were resolved. If we lived in California, she would have more business from our recommendations than she could handle! |

| Ginger was very knowledgeable an professional during our association. She was FAR ahead of the other realtor and on top of all documents to be either signed or ready. She assisted the other realtor with his documentation as he was new and his first sale. This showed both compassion and concern to me and I was VERY impressed. Without her knowledge we would still be in escrow! Should I require further assistance with a sale, etc., I would definitely work with Ginger Sweetan. |
