My name is Michael Segarra and I am a partner and the Broker of Record for CENTURY 21 Core Partners here in York, PA.

I came to York years ago for college. Back then, my parents presented me with a simple choice: a new car and college at home in Ecuador or an education abroad. I chose to go see the world!

I graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and a concentration in Physics. I was hired as an engineer right out of college for a company in York. The rest is history!

Now I live in Camp Hill with my wonderful wife Julie and my son Anthony.  I’ve lived in Central PA more than half of my life, and I must say, it is my home.

I started my career in Real Estate in 1993, over 10 years ago. I quickly became a multi-million dollar producer and eventually opened my own company. My engineering degree is more help than I thought it would be, especially when dealing with New Construction.  

My passion for Real Estate is not really a love for building or structures, but people. I love to help people and I think my clients truly appreciate getting professional help with their Real Estate transactions.

As the Broker at our company, I spend a lot of time helping our agents build successful careers, always leading by example.  I also assist Carrie with shortsale negotiations for our agents.

I’ve been serving the York market for over 10 years. But now that we built a house in Camp Hill, I am also able to service the Greater Harrisburg Area, close to home.
