I am a native of the Caribbean island of Jamaica, I relocated to Los Angeles in 1998 after living in the east coast cities of Philadelphia, Manhattan, Miami Beach and upstate NY for 15 years. I’m a licensed Realtor®/Broker Associate and a member of South Bay Association of Realtors® (SBAOR), California Association of Realtors ® (CAR) and National Association of Realtors ® (NAR).
I’m now with Keller Williams Beach Cities Realty in Hermosa Beach, I brought with me more than 15 years of Business-to-Business sales with strategic marketing, business development, client relations and contract negotiations. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Marketing from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). In 2010 I founded and manage, WoLaNet (www.wolanet.com) Women of Los Angeles Network Group, a professional women’s networking group, which meets in Sherman Oaks once each month with the purpose of bringing like-minded professional women together in a supportive environment.
After living in the San Fernando Valley for many years, I now reside in the South Bay city of Torrance with my husband, Michael, and our Mini-Pincher/Chihuahua, Kate. I enjoy hiking, watching my husband surf, antiquing, cooking, especially experimenting with different foods from various regions and I consider myself a budding wine connoisseur.
I specialize in assisting first time buyers in residential and income residential properties in South Bay area, primarily Torrance, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach. San Fernando Valley cities of Studio City through Woodland Hills.
