The Reports...

Mr. Norton prepares an extensive written home inspection report that generally runs 15+- pages. The report is narrative in nature so that you can read, in plain English, the results of the home inspection. Advice on logical discretionary improvements and home maintenance and safety information is also provided. The infrared inspection report and home energy inspection report will include all findings and recommendations along with applicable natural photographs and thermal images that will identify and document all suspect conditions. The home inspection report is computer generated and printed on-site. There are no sloppy handwritten checklists and you don't have to wait for the report (infrared inspection reports and home energy inspection reports are emailed or mailed within 48 hours).
