Her previous education prepared her for a career in real estate as an excellent and knowledgeable communicator. Linda's certificate in dispute resolution comes in handy when negotiating and resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. EXPERIENCE - Linda knows how to find you quality housing. She built her own home in California with her husband "Bill the Builder." Even before becoming an attorney, Linda obtained experience in everything from the building permit process to putting the finishing touches on a completed home. Linda knows how to find you a move-in ready home or a diamond in the rough, if you want a fixer-upper. Linda's experience allows her to discern your needs and find you a solid home. KNOWLEDGE - Linda's experience and training in the law provides her with a solid foundation for understanding the home building and home buying and selling process. Having relocated from California to North Carolina, she understands the excitement and stress involved when transitioning to a new home.
