I have joined Ostenson Real Estate Group!  For years I've known Steve by reputation and Jennifer as a wonderful mentor to my daughter.    I've come to appreciate Steve's integrity, his focus on serving customers well and his heart for helping people with one of the most significant transitions in life - selling and buying a home.  I'm looking forward to working with Steve in this small, nimble, customer-focused real estate firm.

The last year has been a huge time of transition for many of us.   I've studied carefully what I do well and what I enjoy doing.  What's emerged is a consistent pattern of building community -physical places where people live and relational "places" where people connect.  Joining with Ostenson allows me to help individuals and families find a new home and a new community.  Each new owner builds the "community" by bringing their skills, interests, personality and participation to the place that they live.  I believe my role is to help make the best match possible between the homebuyer, the home and the community.  My mission is to Build Communities:  One Homeowner at a Time.

I have a particular desire to serve seniors in their real estate transactions and have earned my Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation.  Whether an empty nester looking to downsize or a senior moving to an independent living, assisted living, or other facility I can help.  I am developing a network of Senior Service Providers who can help with unique relocation, decluttering, aging-in-place modifications, mortgage, estate planning, property care and in-home care needs.
