Nikki Skalsky has been a Multi-Million Dollar producing Agent since starting her Real Estate career. Member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), Certified Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and American Warrior Real Estate Professional. Achievements include receiving many awards along the way and Rookie of the year award. Nikki started her Real Estate career in 2000 and has enjoyed every minute for many years helping homeowners dreams come true. From starting in the industry working for builders and becoming a licensed Agent in 2011, her heart and loyalty is in Real Estate. Nikki works with Buyers, Sellers, Global Clients, Agent referrals, and several investors. Experience is key in the Real Estate market and she studies the market daily. Nikki has also served as an ambassador for the Burleson Chamber of Commerce for several years. Nikki became a member of NAHREP® in 2017 and has dedicated her time to attending all the events for the Fort Worth Chapter. In 2018 Nikki became a member of the of the Board of Directors and worked her way up to become the 2020 and 2021 President of NAHREP® Fort Worth.

From showing me rental properties to sending me listings of homes that were in my budget and had all the things I was looking for when purchasing my first home. I was unable to buy at the time but she went over different options available to me as far as credit/loans goes. She put me in contact with someone who went over my credit with me and told me what is realistic to expect when repairing credit. At one time I was very interested in becoming a real estate agent myself and she was there for me then as well. Telling me what to expect with school, advising where to go for school, and explained the entire process to me. She’s always eager to answer questions and please her clients. |
