Get to Know Nikki Kountouriotis
Have you ever come across someone in the field that has been rigid, pompous or just out right inconsiderate? I am sure that we all have. These are not things that come to mind when my name is mentioned. I have worked with many types of clients over the years and understand that each person has their own needs and wants. I have worked with many new home buyers and investors. 100% of my business has been referrals. I am flexible and also informative. I know that buying a home or investment property is a huge purchase and only the best consideration must be made. I don't consider myself a sales person, but rather a educator and servicer. I love my craft!
I started in the real estate field in 2004 when pregnant with my first child. At the time I worked as a Sales and Opertaions Manager at a Fitness Club chain. I was rewarded with extravagant trips and cash bonuses for being a top producer. I knew I loved being in sales and providing a service to people that needed it and wanted it but my job consisted of me working long and intense hours. At the time my husband and I started our own adventure in real estate investing buying sevaral properties a year to lease option to others. It only made sense to get involved with the process of buying and selling real estate myself. This was going to allow me to get first hand informaton on all of our purchases, not only that, I was making my agent a killing.
I am a natural when it comes to interacting with people and providing them with the service that I would want. This is probably why I have been a multi million dollar producer each and every year that I have been in the business of real estate.
I have been married for 9 years and now have two daughters Victoria and Grace, yes that is them pictured above with me. I love spending time with my family when I am not servicing my clients. I love boating, shopping and hanging out with friends and family. I live for hot and sunny summer days.
